When will my order ship?
We ship every day, Monday through Friday, except postal holidays.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as we pack your order we'll send an email with your tracking number.
If you can’t find it, send an email to cravn59@gmail.com and we’ll resend it to you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For US Customers
Shipments generally arrive in between 3 and 9 days.
Occasionally they will take slightly longer than that. If your package hasn't arrived in that time frame email us at cravn59@gmail.com and we'll figure out if it's delayed or lost.
For International Customers
DHL shipments generally arrive within 4 days from shipping.
Depending on customs and service disruptions they may take a bit longer.
Standard international shipments generally arrive in under four weeks, but Covid has added significant and unpredictable delays.
How do I change my order?

Do you do custom work?
This is being reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, it’s $2 per box and can be added at checkout.
What do you use to clean the brass pieces?
We use shine-rite polishing pads.

How do I make an exchange?
On your packing slip (or a piece of paper with your name, email, and order number) write the style/color you'd prefer.
Mail the unwanted piece along with the paper above to:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make an exchange.

How do I make a return?
Returns must be completed within 14 days of the order's delivery.
Returned product must be in new condition, with all tags and packaging.
Mail the unwanted product(s) along with either the packing slip or a piece of paper with your name, email, and order number to:
